Jimmy is Managing Partner at Insight Property Group. After earning a bachelor's degree from UNC Wilmington, Jimmy began his career in Raleigh as an operations manager with outdoor power equipment distributor Mid-Atlantic Stihl. In 1997, he and his brother launched Bikers Boulevard, a full service Harley-Davidson dealership. Upon earning his NC Real Estate Broker's license, Jimmy began his career in commercial real estate in 2000. With a focus on leasing and selling commercial properties in the Triangle area and providing tenant and landlord representation for various companies and owners, Jimmy has been involved in over $100M in real estate transactions. Jimmy is an active member of the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS and is currently seeking his CCIM designation.
Jimmy and his wife Robin welcomed daughter Reese in 2004. He and his family are members of Bayleaf Baptist Church and enjoy spending time together at the beach. As a sportsman, Jimmy enjoys golf, tennis, fishing, snow and water skiing, and various other outdoor sports.

Insight Property Group Partner Todd Cammack is a 1997 graduate of NC State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University's School of Law. Licensed to practice real estate in NC, Todd has been involved in transactions ranging from the mid $150s to $24M+. He has been active in commercial and investment real estate brokerage and development primarily in the Triangle market with areas of expertise including land use and finance.

Having attended Sanderson High School and NC State University, Don knows Raleigh well. His career began in business communication and healthcare software before joining Mikels & Jones Properties as a broker, marking his entry into commercial real estate.
A partner at Insight Property Group, his focus has been on tenant representation in the RTP area, where he has achieved Millionaire’s Club status. Don has served as landlord representative for many local building owners, handling all of their marketing, sales, and leasing activity, and he has successfully relocated the corporate headquarters of regional, national, and Fortune 500 employers to Raleigh and the surrounding area. Furthermore, his experience in healthcare software provides him with a unique understanding of the needs of medical and dental offices. As a result of his valuable experience, Don has been engaged by numerous professional offices to assist them in start up, expansion, and relocation efforts.
Don is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR). He has served on the Board of the Rex Classic Foundation for Breast Cancer, has been involved with a number of local fundraising and charity events, and has begun focused contributions to the NC Alzheimer’s Association to assist in the detection and advancement of treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.

A native of the Triangle area, John attended both East Carolina University and UNC Chapel Hill. After nine years as owner of two successful companies in Chapel Hill and Raleigh, John began his real estate career with Fonville Morisey Realty. His honesty, integrity, and genuine respect for others, combined with his natural ability to quickly grasp and explain complex information earned him the trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and competitors. At Fonville Morisey, John rapidly rose from successful real estate agent to sales manager, growing his office to #1 in the Triangle, and ultimately serving 15 years in the position of Chief Operating Officer. John grew Fonville Morisey to over 253,000 sq ft of office space, $2B in annual sales, and 700+ agents. He built a mortgage company that consistently ranked in the top 10 lenders in the Triangle and he oversaw an award-winning national relocation division as well as a market-leading title insurance company. In 2013, the area’s real estate community showed their respect for John by inducting him into the elite Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS Hall of Fame.

Sharon Barham

A Wake County native, Sharon attended NC State University and began her real estate career in 1984 in residential sales. She evolved into land acquisition and development, handling a wide variety of real estate transactions. Upon transitioning into commercial real estate, she became knowledgeable in representing a diverse clientele ranging from small business owners to investors and municipalities, serving needs that include leasing, buying, and selling. Sharon’s years of experience have benefitted numerous real estate owners and investors, especially if the owner has interest in an IRS 1031 real estate property exchange.
In addition to her membership with the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS, Sharon has also served on numerous boards and committees benefitting community and social needs. She’s very passionate about supporting the Shephard’s Table Soup Kitchen and the Special Olympics.
Sharon is married and enjoys spoiling her two fur babies. Her son and his wife live in New Bern, and her daughter lives in Nashville. She is an avid golfer and adventure seeker at heart. In her downtime, she spends time between the NC coast and their family cabin in Boone.

As a valued team member since 2016, Rikky brings a wealth of experience to our clients. After 19 years in commercial banking, Rikki continues to find financing solutions for small to medium sized businesses and real estate developers in real estate and other funding transactions. He provides institutional knowledge to our clients with his banking background, having closed more than $400M in commercial loans in his banking career.
A long-time resident of the Triangle and a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS, Rikky received his undergraduate degree from UNC Chapel Hill and earned his MBA from Pfeiffer University. He and his wife Amita have three children. Rikky has volunteered with many local organizations, including shaving his head through the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to raise funds to help find cures for children with cancer. As a passionate “foodie,” few area restaurants have escaped Rikky’s taste buds!

Jami Barnhill Powers joined Insight Property Group in February 2007. Jami is a licensed real estate broker with over five years of commercial real estate experience in the Triangle market.She graduated from Meredith College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Concentration in Marketing along with a double major in Political Science Concentration in Pre-Law in 2001.Prior to joining Insight Property Group, Jami was the Marketing Director and Sales Associate for Rich Commercial Realty. She also worked as a Real Estate Advisor for Grubb & Ellis/Thomas Linderman Graham. Her primary concentration has been in providing tenant representation for office, retail and industrial clients throughout the Triangle.
She has served as President of the North Raleigh Civitan Club. She has served on many boards including the Young Alumnae Board for Meredith College, the Steering Committee for the North Carolina History Museum and Hilltop Home Board of Directors.
