We are pleased to announce that Ed Finley has joined our team as an Advisor. Ed brings a strong background in real estate brokerage, investment, and development across North Carolina, and especially Raleigh, his hometown.

A 2003 graduate of Washington & Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Ed began his career in the property and casualty insurance industry as an actuary before transitioning into real estate. Over the past eight years, he has been involved in transactions ranging from the mid $350s to over $15 million, demonstrating expertise across a diverse spectrum of properties.

Ed’s experience spans commercial brokerage, multifamily investment, ground-up development and entitlement, adaptive re-use, and retail, making him a valuable asset to clients seeking strategic real estate solutions. His deep market knowledge and analytical approach help investors and businesses navigate North Carolina’s dynamic real estate landscape.
